Speed is lost when:

  • The trigger is pinned too long

  • Grip tension locks up your finger

Step 1 – Reset Your Trigger During Recoil

The biggest delay between shots isn’t recoil — it’s how long your finger stays buried in the trigger.

Train your finger to reset during recoil, not after it.

This eliminates wasted time and builds a smooth firing rhythm.
