Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 6 months after the date they're earned.

Does my tier status expire?

Your tier status is valid for 12 months. To maintain it or move up, simply keep earning points through your purchases and interactions with us.

How do i redeem a product with my points?

Redeeming products with your points is easy, and its a great way to use your rewards. Here's how:
