Service and shipping were good. They did a good keeping you notified. Haven’t used the bore sighted yet but did notice when I filled the shooting rest bags with sand they would leak sand from around the edges of the fill spout. Other than that they seem like they will work ok.

Bags seem great, but the attachment for the site right attachment for my ar seems like the screw is stripped on the plastic side as it doesn’t get tight enough when I spin it inside the barrel. Other than that everything works decent.

I ordered the new 2.0 version with the support bags. I haven't tried the bags yet. It's a great product, comes with everything you need. However, the bore attachments are a little difficult to identify. The laser is very stable inside the bore. I began checking accuracy by using it on a pistol with iron sights. It was dead center. So I moved it over to my 5.56 to sight in my LPVO. Sighted in about 36 yards. I simply dialed the reticle until it covered the green laser. Done. The green laser is super bright even at full sunlight. Then I moved it to my Pistol with Holosun SCS. This optic has a green reticle. So, it's slightly more difficult to sight in a green reticle with a green laser, but it's very doable. Other viewers have stated that a green/red laser selection (within the same unit) would be nice and I agree. But with that said, I would still buy this product again. And the price is amazing. This is my first laser and I have no other experience to compare it to with other products. I also have not been to the range yet to check how groups compare to the sighting in yet, but it was dialed on iron sights with a pistol i shoot often with the iron sights, so I assume its going to be dialed on optics. I would recommend this product highly, especially at the price, and even more so when it's on sale, which it was when i bought it.

This is my second one. I have my original to my brother. He fell in love with it And I was happy to give it to him. So this time around I purchased the kit that has the bags. I didn’t know what I expected to be in them, but they came empty. No problem except it’s winter and getting sand right now isn’t the best thing to do. I’ll figure something out.
The site is extraordinary. I thought my pistol optic was good. But they were all off. Now they aren’t!!
One curiosity. I called them 2X, asking if they worked with a 12 gage shotgun. I was told no 2X. However there is a nib that says 12g on it. I need to call them again. Very odd.

Sight was little low. Bushings that goes into the barrel was Effy but overall it was within a few clicks . Not complaining think it worked great. Only thing I could think of is working on a better way for the bushing and the barrel. Rate it an A

Sighting in was easy. I wish the adapters were numbered so you could easily identify which one need to use more quickly. Shipping is slow in today’s market. Product quality seems to be good. Time will tell.

The green laser is legit. My acog was so off and yes I struggled to zero the sight. The laser immediately had me hitting a quarter size target at 35 yards
